Our website provides a platform for customers to rent dumpsters for their waste disposal needs. These terms of service outline the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our website and services. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms 

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information when renting a dumpster. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any specific reason that does not violate federal laws. 

Our pricing for dumpster rentals is displayed on our website and may vary based on location, size of the dumpster, and other factors. Payment is due at the time of delivery, and we accept credit/debit card payments. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel upon arrival of delivery. 

We will deliver the dumpster to your desired location and pick it up when you are finished. You agree to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that you have the necessary permits and permissions for the rental. You also agree to load the dumpster safely and not exceed the weight limit. If we are unable to pick up the dumpster due to inaccessibility, additional fees may apply. 

You are not allowed to dispose of hazardous waste, liquids, or any other items that are prohibited by law. If you dispose of prohibited items, you may be held liable for any damages or fines. 

We are not liable for any damages or losses that arise from your use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any damages or losses to your property during delivery or pick-up. We also do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. 

Our website and services, including all content, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Juanitos Hauling c/o Haul'n Bins Mini Dumpster Rentals. You are not allowed to use our intellectual property without our written permission. 

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Utah.
